Hamdi Bouzidi

B2B Sales, AI Systems Architect and independent AI builder, based in Montreal. The short version: I spent years in sales before I wrote a line of production code, and that order turned out to matter more than either half on its own. My work combines AI systems architecture, agentic AI, human-AI interaction, research, experimentation, and product design I'm currently building Samiel, an AI systems studio, with Monowire as its first product.

Samiel is the AI systems studio I'm currently building not yet a legally incorporated company, but the umbrella these threads sit under. Monowire by Samiel is the flagship product, with Morphix and Orizonz as related research. Descriptions here stay intentionally high level, the point is direction, not implementation.

Monowire

A continuity layer for AI-assisted work preserving the reasoning behind a project so it can be picked back up after time away without reconstructing it from scratch. The subject of Working Paper 001 and the active Monowire Research Map in Research.

Morphix

A Samiel research project into how organizational knowledge should be structured before it's ever handed to an AI system, informing how Monowire and related work organize documentation.

Orizonz

A Samiel research project reasoning about what's likely to happen next in a business, tracing relationships across markets, technology, and behavior that are hard to see from any single signal.

Samiel

The AI systems studio I'm building, the parent concept behind Monowire and related AI-native systems. Its own open-ended thesis: what it means for an AI to have a persistent, addressable presence somewhere real, not just a chat window.
